A. Yes, absolutely. You have three options - you can either purchase access separately to Acadmi’s Library; The Course Builder or both.
Q. Can you have a different number of users for access to Acadmi’s content and access to our content?
A. No, not for now. There is just one universal number of users for both subscription packages.
Q. Do you pay only for what you use?
A. Yes. You inform us how many users you want to sign up to Acadmi and we will bill you accordingly.
Q. Can we change the number of employees on Acadmi’s platform at any time?
A. Yes, absolutely. You need to give us a month’s notice in writing and your monthly fees will change accordingly.
Q. Are the Subscription Packages flexible?
A. Yes, you can scale up or down at any time. You just need to give us a month’s notice in writing.
Q. Are our fees paid retrospectively each month?
A, No. They are paid in advance at the start of each month.
Q. Are there any amendment or cancellation fees?
A. No, absolutely not. We just need to give us a month’s notice in writing and your agreement will change accordingly the following month.
Q. What does the Upload Limit indicate?
A. The limit represents the total amount of content you can upload to Acadmi’s platform. You can buy additional storage at any time for £10.00 / month / 10GB.
Q. What does the Quarterly Report contain?
A. The report provides a visual overview of activity on your platform combined with recommendations & industry-wide training trends.
Q. What technical support do we receive?
A. When a ticket is raised, Acadmi has a SLA that the ticket will be addressed in 12 hours and resolved within 48 hours.
Q. How much does it cost to commission content from Acadmi?
A. It does depend on the exact content you require. However, it costs £250 / day to employ Acadmi to produce the content.
